PLANNING COMMISSION 7:00 p.m. The Mayor and Planning Commission members met in called session in the Eagleville City Hall, City of Eagleville, Rutherford County, Tennessee, January 09, 2006, 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Mr. Don McCord, Chairman Mr. Nick Duke, Vice-Chairman Dr. Nolan S. Barham, Sr., Mayor Mr. Bo Logan, City Planner GUESTSRonnie Hill Chief Stone Mr. William Rader Mrs. Bobbie Rader CALL TO ORDERThe meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Don McCord. CITIZEN’S INPUT Mrs. Bobbie Rader asked Mayor Barham about the progress on the sidewalks. Mayor Barham responded that he was waiting for the lawyer to draw up the right of way/easements so they can be presented for signatures. She also mentioned the dumpster located on Greg Cox’s property. She stated that this blocked their view when pulling out of their driveway. Mayor Barham stated that he would talk to Mr. Cox about this problem. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman McCord asked for a motion to approve the minutes for the December Planning Commission Meeting. Councilman Harold Vincion made the motion and Vice-Chairman Nick Duck seconded. The motion was passed by a unanimous “Aye” vote. CUD Pump Station Mayor Barham stated that Bill Dunnill, CUD, contacted him last week at a meeting where they were both in attendance. He said CUD was trying to get all of the engineering and drawings completed to be here tonight. Mayor Barham told him that if he could not get this completed before the meeting, to contact us when he did and there would be a called meeting to get this finalized. Mayor Barham remarked that he was not in attendance at the meeting. Review of Zoning changes Mr. Bo Logan and the Planning Commission started reviewing and discussing changes of the Zoning Ordinance, beginning with the first page and proceeding forward. ANY other business None. Next Meeting All members of the Planning Commission agreed that the next regular scheduled meeting would be Monday, February 6, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall. ADJOURNMENTWith no further business to discuss, Councilman Harold Vincion moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Nick Duke. The meeting was dismissed by unanimous vote at 8:32 p.m.
