PLANNING COMMISSION

CALLED MEETING

January 23, 2006

7:00 p.m. 

The Mayor and Planning Commission members met in called session in the Eagleville City Hall, City of Eagleville, Rutherford County, Tennessee,  January 23, 2006, 7:00 p.m.  The following members were present: 

Mr. Don McCord, Chairman                            Mr. Nick Duke, Vice-Chairman           

Dr. Nolan S. Barham, Sr., Mayor                     Mr. Harold Vincion, Secretary

Mr. Bobby Turner, Member                             Mr. Bryan Collins, City Planner

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Don McCord.   

CUD Pump Station

            Mr. Bill Dunnill, CUD, presented the Planning Commission with an updated and finalized plat for the CUD Pump Station and a site plan.  Chairman Don McCord entertained a motion to approve the Final Plat for a Water Pump Station.  Vice-Chairman Nick Duke made the motion Councilman Harold Vincion seconded.  The motion was passed by a unanimous “Aye” vote.  Chairman Don McCord then entertained a motion for the Eagleville Pump Station Consolidated Utility District Site Plan & Grading.  Mayor Nolan S. Barham, Sr. made the motion and Bobby Turner seconded.  The motion was passed by a unanimous “Aye” vote.  

Review of Zoning changes

            Mr. Bryan Collins and the Planning Commission continued reviewing and discussing changes of the Zoning Ordinance, beginning with the Section 4.080.   The review of the Zoning Ordinance was completed.  Bryan Collins stated that he would make the necessary changes and submit a final copy for members of the Planning Commission and the City Council.  The map

will be completed at the next regular session, as well as an overview of the ordinance.     

Next Meeting

            All members of the Planning Commission agreed that the next regular scheduled meeting would be Monday, February 6, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall.                

ADJOURNMENT

            With no further business to discuss, Bobby Turner moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mayor Barham.  The meeting was dismissed by unanimous vote at 8:58 p.m.
