PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

April 4, 2005

7:00 p.m.  

The Mayor and Planning Commission members met in regular session in the Eagleville City Hall, City of Eagleville, Rutherford County, Tennessee, April 4, 2005, 7:00 p.m.  The following members were present:  

Mr. Don McCord, Chairman                            Dr. Nolan S. Barham, Sr., Mayor        

Harold Vincion, Secretary                                 Mr. Bryan Collins, City Planner

Mr. Robert Turner, Member                             Mr. Nick Duke, Member

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Don McCord.   

CITIZEN’S INPUT

None.  

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

            Robert Turner moved to approve the minutes for March as mailed.  Nick Duke seconded the motion.  The motion was passed by a unanimous “Aye” vote.

Liquor Request

            Mayor Barham informed the Planning Commission that he had received a letter from Las Fiesta Mexican Restaurant asking to sell liquor by the drink and beer.  After much discussion, Mr. Collins stated that this would have to be brought before the City Council.   

Zoning Ordinance Amendment

            Mr. Bryan Collins continued the review with the Planning Commission starting with Article VI – section 6.010 Exceptions and Modifications...  (ON FILE AT THE Eagleville City Hall ).  Several items were discussed including annexation.  The Planning Commission will resume this discussion on Monday, May 9, 2005, at 7:00 p.m.  

ADJOURNMENT

            With no further business to discuss, Councilman Vincion moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Robert Turner.  The meeting was dismissed by unanimous vote at 8:01 p.m.
