PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

March 5, 2007

6:30 p.m.

 

The Mayor and Planning Commission members met in regular session in the Eagleville City Hall, City of Eagleville, Rutherford County, Tennessee, Monday,  March 5, 2007, 6:30 p.m.  The following members were present: 

Don McCord, Chairman                                   Dr. Nolan S. Barham, Sr., Mayor        

Harold Vincion, Secretary/Councilman              Mr. Robert Turner       

Mr. Bo Logan, City Planner

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Don McCord.   

CITIZEN’S INPUT

None.  

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

            Chairman Don McCord asked for a motion to approve the minutes for February, 2007 meeting.  Councilman Harold Vincion made the motion and Bobby Turner seconded.  The motion was passed by a unanimous “Aye” vote.

Denny Tittle

Mr. Denny Tittle presented maps and Planning Commission Request form recommending that his property at 1027 N. Main Street, Eagleville, TN, be rezoned from R1 to C2.  After discussion Bobby Turner made the motion and Mayor Barham seconded to accept this recommendation and present it to the City Council at it’s next meeting.  The motion was passed by a unanimous “Aye” vote.   

Sub-Division regulations

            A continuation of subdivision regulations began with Article 5, 5-101.2:  Features.  The Planning Commission will begin with Article 5, 5-104:  Final Sub-Division Plat, at the next meeting.      

Next Meeting

            All members of the Planning Commission agreed that the next regular scheduled meeting would be Monday, April 2, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall.    

ADJOURNMENT

            With no further business to discuss, Bobby Turner moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mayor Barham.  The meeting was dismissed by unanimous vote at 7:30 p.m.
