PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

6:30 p.m.

The Mayor and Planning Commission members met in regular session in the Eagleville City Hall, City of Eagleville, Rutherford County, Tennessee, Monday, April 2, 2007, 6:30 p.m. The following members were present:

Don McCord, Chairman Dr. Nolan S. Barham, Sr., Mayor

Nick Duke, Vice-Chairman Harold Vincion, Secretary/Councilman

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Don McCord.

None.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Chairman Don McCord asked for a motion to approve the minutes for March, 2007 meeting. Councilman Harold Vincion made the motion and Councilman Harold Vincion seconded. The motion was passed by a unanimous “Aye” vote.

Sub-Division regulations

A continuation of subdivision regulations began with Article 5, 5-104: Final Sub-Division Plat and continued to the end of the subdivision regulations. Our city planner, Bo Logan, will be making the changes as discussed in the previous meetings regarding subdivision regulations. And present corrected copies to the Planning Commission for review at our next meeting.

Next Meeting

All members of the Planning Commission agreed that the next regular scheduled meeting would be Monday, May 7, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall.

ADJOURNMENT

With no further business chairman Don McCord asked for motion to adjourn. Bobby Turner moved and Vice-Chairman Nick Duke seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m. by unanimous.
