Mr. Loyd came into City Hall on 4/12/07 and filled out a Planning Commission Request Form.  The form stated that he requested documentation on requirements for a fence around a 52” above ground pool with no access points to the pool.

The Planning Commission discussed the regulations requiring a fence around the pool.  Regulations were adopted by the City of Eagleville in April of 2006.  The section requiring swimming pool regulations state that a fence must be constructed around any swimming pool.  It was also noted by the City Planner, Bo Logan, that a current bill is being proposed in the State Legislature that would require a 4’ fence minimum around all swimming pools.  Since this request Michelle has been in contact with Mr. Loyd.  He stated to her that he had started work on a fence and purchased a temporary fence until the permanent fence was completed.
