Beautification & Activity Committees
for the City of Eagleville

Beautification - The Eagleville Beautification Committee is the official advisory body to the Eagleville City Council concerning general beautification efforts. The committee is comprised of six members that work on various beautification projects.

The Committee goal is to advise the city on projects that will improve the appearance and lively-hood of Eagleville.  We want to improve the overall aesthetic conditions within the city of Eagleville by researching, coordination and funding various enhancement projects, especially in it's downtown district and along the state highways. We want residents and visitors to feel they are coming to a historical town with a homey atmosphere. There are currently 10,000 people who pass through Eagleville everyday. We would like to encourage them to stop and become visitors.

Goals set for our committee:

  • To assess the beautification and code enforcement needs of the City of Eagleville;
  • To prioritize and recommend steps and plans to achieve City beautification and code enforcement compliance;
  • To propose and evaluate ways for the City to involve its citizens and business community to participate in City beautification programs;
  • To research methods and adopt code enforcement policies and practices which will benefit the City of Eagleville as well as its citizens.

Beautification and Activity Committees are now working on establishing new member assignments.  If you would be interested in becoming an Activities Committee member, please contact Kelly Mooneyham at  kellymoo@comcast.net or call City Hall at (615) 274-6992.
