2009 TAX RATE
The Tax rate remains at $0.92 per $100.00 of property value. As individual property values
may increase or decrease, the amount you pay in taxes may differ from last year.
The
Due date for payments is February 28, 2010. Any taxes received after March 1, 2010 will be considered
delinquent and all fines and penalities will apply.

TAX RELIEF
Tax Relief is again being offered to all elderly or handicapped taxpayers. If accepted, the resident
will receive a discount on their taxes due. The deadline for applications is April 6, 2010. To apply
please call City Hall at (615) 274-6992 as soon as possible.
