PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
                                 November 2, 2009     6:30 PM    

The Mayor and the Planning Commission members met in a regular session in the Eagleville City Hall, City of Eagleville, Rutherford County, Tennessee on Monday, November 2, 2009.

CALL TO ORDER 
            The meeting was called to Order by Chairman Nick Duke. The following members were present:

CITIZENS INUT
            None. 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES 
            Vice Chair Bobby Turner made a motion to approved the October 2009 minutes as mailed, and the motion was seconded by member Andy Soapes.  After a vote taken by Chairman Nick Duke, the motion passed 5-0.   

 BUSINESS
Training
            City Planner Amy Miller gave a power point presentation and presented to the Planning Commission members a “test” to review their knowledge on subdivision regulations and infrastructure (see attached).  A question and answer session and discussion followed.  Subjects included Subdivision regulations, Major Road Plan, technical standards, water volume and pressure, submittal of plans, subdivision design, subdivision techniques and alternatives, administration guarantees, dedication of roads, Impact Fees, and Development Taxes.  
                           

ADJOURNMENT
            With no other business to discuss, Vice Chairman Bobby Turner made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded by member Darin Rowell.  With a unanimous “aye” vote, the meeting ended at 7:44 pm.
