Correction notices are given to the builder
or left at the site. A re-inspection fee is usually not charged but can be charged if the builder has not
made the corrections and has requested more inspections without correcting the problems. Usually this will
not be done until the 3rd re-inspection/correction. This fee will be collected by the City of
Eagleville. The building inspector or administrative assistant will notify the city recorder of the issue.
The building inspector will notify the builder of the re-inspection fee.
