Beer Permit Information

The Eagleville City Council voted to allow for Beer sales in the City of Eagleville on June 25, 2009, with the 3rd & Final Reading of Ordinance 09-01.   The Beer Board will meet on the third Thursday of every month, providing there is business to discuss.

Permits can be obtained from City Hall, and once completed and returned along with the fee, the Beer Board will review the application and determine at their next scheduled meeting if application is approved.

Application fee will be $515.00 ($350.00 application fee, $65 ad fee, and a State fee of $100.00). Applications are available at City Hall, Monday thru Thursday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and on Fridays from 8:00 to 12:00 noon. 

Legal Hours of Sale: Monday through Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
                            Sunday - 12:00 noon to 3:00 a.m.
