The City of Eagleville Municipal Court is held at City Hall (108 S. Main St). This court is presided by the honorable Judge Mitchell Ferguson who was appointed by the City Council.  Municipal Court may hear cases that are a class C misdemeanor and below as well as City Ordinance Violations. All cases that are higher than a class C are heard in Rutherford County General Sessions.

Citations may be paid by mail or in person at City Hall. We only accept cash, checks or money orders.  We do not accept debit/credit cards for payment.

Failure to attend your court date may result in the suspension of your license for a traffic related offense.

  • Doors open for court at 5:45 p.m.
  • Court starts promptly at 6:00 p.m.  You should arrive between 5:45 and 6:00 p.m.
  • No weapons allowed
  • All cell phones are to be turned off prior to entering
  • All persons appearing shall be appropriately dressed and are required to show deference to the Court in both appearance and demeanor

Driving School

  • Approved Driving Schools
  • No online schools are accepted
  • Unless otherwise directed by the judge, you are only required to complete a 4 hour course
