The Mayor and the Planning Commission members met in a called session in the Eagleville City Hall, City of Eagleville,
Rutherford County, Tennessee, Thursday, September 17, 2009.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to Order by Chairman Nick Duke. The following members were present:

APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN
Eagleville Eye Clinic, Map 144, Parcel 57.00 Chairman Nick Duke stated he had discussed the
site plan with City Planner Amy Miller and everything is in order. After a short discussion, Andy Soapes made a motion
to accept the Eagleville Eye Clinic Site Plan and was seconded by Mayor Sam Tune. The motion passed with a unanimous
Vote.
ADJOURNMENT
With no other business to discuss, Chairman Nick Duke made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded by Mayor Tune. With
a unanimous “aye” vote, the meeting ended at 7:03 am.
