The Eagleville City Council voted to allow for Beer sales in the City of Eagleville on June 25, 2009, with the 3rd & Final Reading of Ordinance 09-01.

Beer Permit Application & Ordinance

Applications are available at City Hall, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Beer Permit Application

Completed applications must be returned at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled Beer Board meeting. Once completed and returned along with the fees, the Beer Board will review the application and determine at their next scheduled meeting if application is approved.

• $250.00 non-refundable Application fee payable at time of application. Actual cost of the required Public Hearing newspaper ad fee made payable to DNJ.
  
  
• $100.00 prorated Beer Privilege Tax payable when permit is approved.
  Applicant is required to have county and city business permits plus a copy of your State of TN sales tax registration form.
  
  
• Legal Hours of Sale: Monday through Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. & Sunday - 12:00 noon to 3:00 a.m.
